We believe that stepping away from the traditional insurance model allows us to restore the patient-provider relationship by giving you more time, better access, and care focused on you – not insurance requirements.

Direct care membership is available for adults 18 years and older. Enjoy insurance-free healthcare for many of your everyday medical needs.

- Same or next day appointments, when available
- Direct access to your provider via text with optional telehealth
- Transparent monthly pricing.
- Select prescription refills, at the provider’s discretion.
- Care for common illnesses, including UTIs, sore throats, ear infections, sinus infections, and other appropriate conditions

Please Note: Visit fees apply to the scheduled service or primary concern. Additional concerns may require an additional fee or separate appointment for non-members.
Follow-Up Visit: Applies to a previously evaluated condition or treatment plan at Beau Luxe Medical Wellness. New or unrelated conditions or concerns are considered a new office visit.
Direct Care Membership does not include Weight Management programs, or Hormone Therapy programs, medications, or program-sepcific monitoring.
Program Patients: Medication management related to hormone programs, weight loss programs, or other treatment programs is included in that program. Management of unrelated medications or medical conditions may require a separate visit or Direct Care Membership.
