Hello! I am Kimberly, a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a Master of Science degree from Troy University. With over 30 years of experience in healthcare, I’ve worked as a nurse and a nurse practitioner in various settings, including emergency, intensive care unit, family, cardiac, and integrative medicine.
I specialize in hormone optimization and weight loss, including thyroid function, testosterone replacement, and support during perimenopause/menopause. I use integrative medicine to address the underlying causes of health issues. I have successfully helped men and women achieve hormone balance, resulting in improved health, well-being, and quality of life.

Beau Luxe Medical Wellness (formerly Holistic Health), based in Columbus, Georgia, was founded to fil a gap in traditional healthcare. Our clinic prioritizes holistic well-being and has identified a need for a more focused approach to hormone health, weight loss, and overall well-being. Beau Luxe was founded in response to a need for specialized care and improved quality of life.
Our journey began with a simple yet profound mission: to offer a haven where individuals could receive, not just treatment, but guidance, support, and understanding. The vision was to have a place where the complexities of health were embraced with each patient’s story being heard and valued. This vision has been the guiding light for our clinic, shaping every decision, treatment plan, and patient interaction.
